Hello friends , don't buy with Katy furniture, the products are not good or the quality is really bad..I bought full house furniture and quality was zero even not completed 1 month too..KATY FURNITURE customer services not good, these products do not change and they said products out of stocks be careful with katy furniture these make us crazy, not satisfied.. do not give chance to buy anything with Katy furniture and check which store give u best customer services go ahead give one time money but you will be more satisfied with customer services..

I bought 2 sofa inside broken they came and fix with stapler and glue its not fix properly and change it and used glue after in 1 hours its color change even not 1 month completed..

I bought 3 bedroom bed frame

So one is broken backside they said its okay for back side not front they do not change and said out of stock, we checked to find right information someone checked they said yes availablevery truly lie people

2 bedroom furniture its shaded so many issue with Katy furniture I will put again reviews everywhere so people dont waste your time and money thanks

Incorrect fabrics of furniture delivered

I ordered a adjustable frame online and the merchandise has never been shipped to the Katy Warehouse Store. I ordered this on March 9th. Each time I called I was told that it was on the way. Well today is April 12th and I have still not gotten anything. I called the local store again and guess what its still on the way. All I want is to have a refund issued. Thanks

I bought a console from the many things I bought on 13th Nov and was only delivered 01/27/21 with cracks on the lower piece and mismatch bottom and top parts dont fit to be mounted together. I had requested for professional delivery and mounting instead I was charged for drop off and only realized wrong pieces after driver left. We tried to call the store several times to talk to someone or the manager but were constantly told everyone was busy after being placed on hold for long time. Left our number for call back but not sure if our messages were even forwarded coz every time we called the secretary or who ever answered our call was so rude and unprofessional. We had no choice but to drive the console back to the store where the manager by the name of Ronnie was extremely rude as though it was our fault that the console was broken with wrong pieces. He told us to take it back with us which we could not coz of the glass fragility of console and our small car. We left the furniture there. Lisa one of the manager was extremely helpful and was apologetic and worked to have our problem resolved. We were so disappointed with Ronnie the managers behavior who behaved in a bully manner not only to us but his stuff too. Very unprofessional man that knows nothing about customer service. We dont deserve this type of treatment as customers with genuine concerns. Both me and my husband are frontliner health care workers and this is the least we expect dealing with during this pandemic and we know everyone is stressed but we have to treat each other with respect and care. Up to now, no one has called me on the way forward for my replacement. I called the store to have Lisa call me but up to now nothing. Please help resolve this issue in a timely manner.

On February 27, 2021, first delivery of the goods I ordered was made, still waiting on the second delivery. The following were noted after assembly was completed, 1. On the Philip queen size bed that was delivered I discovered that it was defective, it was not properly assembled, you could see a gap between the head board and the frame, hence causing the entire frame shake 2. The box spring that came with the second queen size bed was dented; I immediately took pictures as an evidence. I would like to discuss the solutions to this with the right authority. Thank you. Issue resolved. Its was just irritating that I had to go to the Lisa reaching out to corporate in order to get the situation I had resolved, once I reached out then the representative decided to call me immediately to fix the problem when it could have been an easy fix the first time I talk to him.

User's recommendation: Not sure. Employees do not like to take ownership when there’s a concern. And other employees are not willing to help if they’re not getting the sale. Which to me is terrible customer service because whether you’re getting the sale or not I’m still a customer in without customers you don’t have a job.
